30 – Squats – Partner holds bottom of the squat
30 – Sit-up – Partner holds V-up position
30 – Wall balls – Partner holds bottom of the dip
30 – Burpees – Partner holds plank
You will alternate movement and holds. Both partners must complete the movement and the hold before moving to the next movement. Score is total reps completed.
