Strength – Dead Lift – Week 4 – Using 90% of 1 rep max as your starting point, complete the following: 5 x 40%, 5 x 40%, 5 x 40%, 5 x 40%, 5 x 50%, and 5 x 60%

10 – Power Cleans (95# / 65#)

Burpees

Athlete will complete 10 Power Cleans at the beginning of each minute and use any remaining time to complete as many Burpees as possible. Score is total Burpees.
