We are excited and pleased to bring CrossFit Kids to Anchor CrossFit! CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor). We are passionate about embedding a fit and healthy mindset in today’s generation of children by combining fun and fitness. We hope to not only give your child a great experience for that day, but empower them with the knowledge to stay active, and choose a healthy lifestyle as they get older.

How Does It Work?

We will be running classes for three age groups: ages 4-6 (Kids), 7-11(Pre-teens), and 11-14 (Teens). Each class will last 30 minutes and offered twice per week, with the exception of our Junior program which will be an hour long. Please note that it is not the age of your child that is the deciding factor for what class he or she attends. It is largely based upon individual skill, athleticism, and maturity and is ultimately decided upon by the head coach to ensure your child is getting the most out of the CrossFit experience.
